Returns & Exchanges

As we partner with a range of independent Australian small businesses, return policies may vary depending on the seller. Please refer to the individual product or seller page for specific return information.

In general:

  • Change of Mind: Many of our sellers accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with the seller to resolve the issue quickly, including offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. food, personal care products, custom or made-to-order items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact our support team or the seller directly via your order history.
  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
