Shipping times can vary based on the seller and your location. Since we partner with small businesses across Australia, each seller may have different processing and shipping times.
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped after purchase, depending on the seller's handling time.
- Delivery Times: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-10 business days within Australia, but this can vary based on your location. Remote or regional areas may take longer.
Multiple Sellers = Multiple Shipments
Since our marketplace features products from different small businesses, please note that if you order from multiple sellers, your items will be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments, depending on how many different sellers are fulfilling your order.
- Separate Shipments: Each seller processes and ships their items individually, so you may receive some items sooner than others.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated per seller. If you order from multiple sellers, you will see separate shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment (if available). If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 business days, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives later than expected or if there are any issues with delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your items. We’ll work with the relevant seller to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
